Our desire is…
•    to see “Christians live like Christians” – not just going to church on Sundays, but living out their faith during the week to their neighbors, co-workers, friends, and family.
•    to see Christians serve alongside local organizations by volunteering time and by giving resources
•    to partner with churches, businesses, and schools
•    to participate in community activities
•    to help businesses succeed in the marketplace

The Shine FM name comes from Jesus’ words in the Bible in Matthew, Chapter 5, “You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light SHINE before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.”

In our own words…Shine FM is a beacon of hope for West Central Ohio. It is a radio station on a hill, broadcasting from Ohio’s highest point. It is not just another station, but one that SHINES God’s truth for all to HEAR. Shine FM serves, supports, and is actively involved in the community so that people SEE God’s love and are drawn to the truth found in His Word.

An extraordinary opportunity has been given to Shine FM to serve West Central Ohio with a Christian radio station.  Our signals will allow people to HEAR us, and our service to the community will allow people to SEE us.  This will set us apart from the other Christian stations that broadcast into the area.
